Eligibility for Returns and Refunds:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must provide the following documentation:- Clear photos or videos of the damaged item showing the issue. If photos are insufficient to confirm the damage, a video must be provided.
- A screenshot of the complaint email or dispute received, including your name, the date, and the details of the issue. This includes complaints raised through PayPal Dispute, other payment gateways, or direct email communication.
- Timeframe:
- Customers have 30 days from the date of receiving the product to request a refund or return.
Refund Process:
- Once your request is received and reviewed, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Items that have been used or damaged by the customer are not eligible for refunds.
- Sale items or gift cards are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged.
How to Request a Refund or Return:

- Attach the required documentation, including photos/videos and a screenshot of the complaint.
- Provide a detailed explanation of the issue to help us resolve it quickly.
Shipping for Returns:
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returning the item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective items).
- Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent further damage during transit.
